Welcome to Élan Naturel. By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any digital material, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Information

Élan Naturel is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Québec, Canada.
 All services, policies, and agreements are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada.

2. Nature of Services

Élan Naturel provides naturopathic wellness sessions (in-person and online) focused on supporting overall well-being and lifestyle balance.
 Services include:

  • Individual sessions

  • Wellness packages

  • Personalized lifestyle guidance

  • Access to digital materials (recipes, natural remedy instructions, educational videos)

These services are non-medical, non-diagnostic, and non-therapeutic.

3. Legal Disclaimer

To comply with Québec naturopathy regulations:

  • Naturopathy is not a medical practice.

  • Élan Naturel does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or medical condition.

  • All guidance provided is intended to support well-being and lifestyle habits.

  • Clients remain fully responsible for consulting a licensed medical doctor for any medical concerns, emergencies, diagnoses, testing, or treatments.

  • The information provided during sessions or on this website is educational and does not replace medical advice.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking

All sessions are booked through the third-party scheduling tool TidyCal, which may store personal information off-site.

4.2 Payments

  • Sessions are paid after each individual session.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, Interac.

  • No taxes (TPS/TVQ) are charged.

  • All receipts are digital only.

4.3 Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour window or no-shows will incur a $90 fee.

4.4 Refunds

  • Sessions and digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Insurance Receipts

Clients may request naturopathic receipts for potential reimbursement.

Please note:

  • Coverage varies by insurer.

  • Clients are responsible for verifying their own plan eligibility.

  • Élan Naturel is certified through:

    • l’Association des Naturopathes Professionnels du Québec (ANPQ)

    • International Association of Naturopathic Hygionomists (AINH)

Insurance claims remain the responsibility of the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using Élan Naturel’s services, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information regarding their lifestyle and well-being.

  • Inform the practitioner of any relevant medical diagnoses, medications, or conditions (for safety purposes).

  • Follow lifestyle and well-being recommendations at their own discretion.

  • Understand that results vary based on individual factors and engagement.

  • Seek medical attention through licensed medical professionals as needed.

7. Use of Digital Materials

Digital products such as recipes, guides, and videos:

  • Are for personal use only

  • Cannot be shared, published, copied, or distributed

  • Remain the intellectual property of Élan Naturel

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

Élan Naturel collects client information for the purpose of:

  • Booking and managing sessions

  • Delivering personalized wellness guidance

  • Providing receipts

  • Sending optional newsletters (with explicit client consent)

Data may be stored through third-party tools (e.g., TidyCal).
 Élan Naturel does not sell or share personal data without consent, except when required by law.

If you wish to unsubscribe from emails, you may do so at any time.

9. Website Use

Visitors agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content

  • Use the website for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

  • Extract or repurpose content for commercial use without written permission

All website content (text, design, images, videos) is protected by copyright.

10. Limitation of Liability

Élan Naturel is not responsible for:

  • Outcomes resulting from lifestyle changes

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.
 Any disputes must be resolved within the judicial district of the province of Québec.
